Watermelon Seeds

Watermelon Seeds A fairy carried  watermelon seeds  in a shred of cloth  in her pocket  through the forest  as thunder boomed overhead.  But the pouch had a hole and the seeds fell out during the journey. Once the fairy discovered this it was too late to recover the seeds  due to the rain.  The fairy thought  for a moment  and then smiled  knowing watermelon  would grow somewhere  in the forest even if  it wasn't her desired garden.

The Ultimate Artist

To truly understand the heart of an artist one must study their work. By sittting still and examining their techniques, their color choices, and by comparing their work to others' like it and unlike it; one is able to understand the heart of the artist that created the piece.  God is the ultimate artist as the creator of the universe. His creations are so a mazing and numerous that one cant study them all in a lifetime. No human artist can match his creations rather they are creating mirrors of what God has already created. This isn't a bad thing or a lack, so to speak, rather its the nature of creating art.  We are all God's cherished creations. No human is perfect and of course doesn't live up to the original creator just as a painting of a sunset may be beautiful but it doesn't capture all the original beauty.

the First Enochian Call

I reign over you, says the God of Justice, in power exalted above the firmament of wrath; in Whose hands the sun is a sword, and the moon a penetrating fire: Who measures your garments in the midsts of my vestures, and trussed you together in the palms of my hands; Whose seats i've garnished with the fire of gathering; Who beautified your garments with admiration; to Whom I made a law to govern the Holy ones; Who delivered you an ark of knowledge. Moreover you lifted your voices and swore obedience and faith to Him that lives, and who triumphs; Whose beginning is not, nor end cannot be; Who shines as a flame in the midst of your palace, and reigns amongst you as the balance of righteousness and truth. Move, therefore, and show yourselves;open the mysteries of your creation, be friendly unto me, for I am the servant of the same God as you, the true worshipper of The Highest.

Hello man.

ðŸŒŽ Reflection: The Many Tongues of Hello When Kenneth L. Patton wrote “Hello, Man,” he reached into the silence between earth and sky, seeking another human voice to answer back. This page continues that reach — one “hello” at a time, in many languages, from many hearts. Each greeting is a bridge, a breath of recognition that says, I see you. I am here too. Though our words differ — Hola, Shalom, Namaste, Sawubona — their spirit is the same: a yearning for connection that transcends borders, faiths, and centuries. Together, these voices weave a single universal call: Hello, Humanity. ⸻ 🕊️ Companion Poem: Hello, World I stood where the sky meets the soil, where silence hums beneath the noise of living, and whispered, “Hello.” The wind carried it east — Hola, said a warmth beyond the ocean. It echoed south — Sawubona, said a heart that sees. It rose to the mountains — Namaste, said the spirit bowing in return. It drifted through the stars — Shalom, whispered peace itself. And every...

Saint Clotilda

Image
Saint Clotilda is venerated as a saint primarily because of her pivotal role in the Christianization of the Frankish kingdom and her personal devotion to the Christian faith, especially under difficult circumstances. Key Reasons She Is Recognized as a Saint: Conversion of Clovis I: Clotilda, a Burgundian princess and devout Catholic, married the pagan Frankish king Clovis I around 493 AD. Through persistent prayer, example, and gentle persuasion, she influenced Clovis to convert to Christianity. His baptism in 496 (or 498, by some accounts) marked a monumental turning point—ushering in the Christianization of the Frankish people and laying the groundwork for the future Holy Roman Empire. Defender of Catholic Christianity: At a time when many Germanic tribes (like the Visigoths and Ostrogoths) followed Arian Christianity, which denied the full divinity of Christ, Clotilda upheld and spread Nicene (orthodox) Christianity. Her efforts helped solidify Catholic orthodoxy in Western Europe. ...

musings on the LGBTQIA+ community and the bible

“You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” – Matthew 7:5 Too often, this verse is forgotten when it comes to how we treat the LGBTQIA+ community. Jesus wasn’t telling us to go around fixing others—He was reminding us to examine ourselves first, with humility, grace, and honesty. Before pointing fingers or casting judgment, we’re called to look inward. Are we walking in love? Are we offering mercy, not condemnation? The truth is, none of us are without our own “planks.” And Jesus didn’t ask us to sit in judgment—He asked us to love. Being LGBTQIA+ is not a “speck” that needs removing. Being who you are—fully, beautifully, truthfully—is not a flaw to fix. What does need removing is the judgment, the self-righteousness, and the fear that cause harm and division. Let’s lead with love, not with “plank-eyed” religion. #Matthew7v5 #LoveFirst #LGBTQIAaffirming #JesusIsLove #NoJudgmentOnlyGrace

Things that stopped me in my tracks.

4/14/2023 my queerplatonic partner Samantha told me she read the news and it stated, a state in my country has decided to deny HRT to people with depression. This decision was made by passing a law.  This makes me upset because despite being cisgender myself I understand how gender dysphoria can cause or make depression worse. I see this law as nothing more than an attack on transgender individuals. Upon further research I can find no source to back this up however patients with depression seeking HRT are often met with reluctance despite the numerous studies that show HRT actually reduces suicide and depression in both transgender and non-binary individuals.  4/172023 today I saw on Facebook that Rocky Horror Picture Show is now banned in Florida. I promptly checked to see it this was true, it was. This makes me sad for all the people who will being missing out and it makes me angry because it is both an attack on art and on the LGBTQIA+ community even though that was never t...
