Hello man.
π Reflection: The Many Tongues of Hello
When Kenneth L. Patton wrote “Hello, Man,” he reached into the silence between earth and sky, seeking another human voice to answer back. This page continues that reach — one “hello” at a time, in many languages, from many hearts. Each greeting is a bridge, a breath of recognition that says, I see you. I am here too.
Though our words differ — Hola, Shalom, Namaste, Sawubona — their spirit is the same: a yearning for connection that transcends borders, faiths, and centuries. Together, these voices weave a single universal call: Hello, Humanity.

π️ Companion Poem: Hello, World
I stood where the sky meets the soil,
where silence hums beneath the noise of living,
and whispered, “Hello.”
The wind carried it east —
Hola, said a warmth beyond the ocean.
It echoed south —
Sawubona, said a heart that sees.
It rose to the mountains —
Namaste, said the spirit bowing in return.
It drifted through the stars —
Shalom, whispered peace itself.
And everywhere,
a thousand tongues shaped one word,
and one word held a thousand souls.
In that chorus,
I was no longer alone.
The world had answered.
